why would you want to buy this house it has small bedrooms ,no back garden, open the window and all there you will hear is traffic noise and probably has a poor BER rating ,i would think that is the reason that this house is not selling and not the recession .

This estate agent says the house on Griffith Avenue represents excellent value after 100k price drop to 395k. He goes on to say this offers excellent value on a road that can expect to get prices of 600k+. Well thats funny Mr.Estate Agent, how can you say that when you are so desperate to attract offers at the 395k level. The real price of a house on the road is what you are selling it for not 600k+. By the way the Port tunnel runs directly under this house, dont know if it makes a difference but I guess it might put some off.
