Carlow Property Management are the latest winner in Eircom’s Digital Boost competition, representing the first winner from the property sector.

The Digital Boost initiative enables organisations to ‘boost’ their digital presence with a package worth €10,000 which includes a free business app, a free unlimited eMobile plan for 18 months, a Sony tablet and smartphone as well as mobile marketing and mobile strategy consultations with the Digital Boost expert panel.

Carlow Property Management’s service provides property owners with suitable tenants for their properties eliminating the time consuming job of interviewing and selecting suitable occupants.

“Being in the business that we are in digital is more important than ever and its importance is always growing,” said Maura Fenton, owner of Carlow Property Management.

“Sites like Daft.ie, Myhome.ie and our own website are essential in giving potential tenants and owners all the information they need. Information is paramount in our field.

“The benefits that an app will bring to our business will make huge differences in the way tenants and potential tenants interact with our company. Instead of phoning in rent and problems in properties, they will be able to pay their rent and report problems via the app which will free up time for us to grow other areas of the business.”

Carlow Property Management plans to branch out into surrounding counties including Laois, Kildare, Wicklow and Wexford.
